Roses is an exploration of life after revelation; of stepping outside yourself as an objective observer. The words "Have I been living? Or have I been cold? I felt so warm" speak to the experience of looking at the past through the lens of the present, and the realization that every version of ourselves exists at once. What freedom awaits when we choose to define our own reality? Half Dream offers up a slow burn mid-tempo jam with this release; something that will give listeners something to chew on or rock out to—the windows down, radio up.
